Newsミンダナオ州立大学からの学生受け入れ
当社グループ会社の一つであるMK Smokied Fish Corporation.(フィリピン・ジェネラルサントス市)にて、この度、ミンダナオ州立大学（Mindanao State University）からの要請に伴い学生のインターンシップの受入れを行ないました。
同大学の水産学部で、日本文化や日系企業に関心がある学生をお受入れさせて頂き、食品工場全般の衛生知識や、鰹節の製造工程、使われ方等を学生の方々に御伝えさせて頂きました。
後日、受入れ学生の中には右中及び右下の写真の様に、州立大学のメインキャンパス内でたこ焼きの屋台が出ているのを見て、そこに「鰹節（Smoked skipjack）」が使われているのを見て写真を送って頂きまして、将に日本文化の架け橋となる事業を行なっていると実感した瞬間でした。
今後も、当社は鰹節事業を通じて、日本とフィリピンの国際交流の一助を担ってまいります！
MK Smokied Fish Corporation (General Santos City, Philippines), one of our group companies, recently accepted student interns from Mindanao State University in response to their request.
We welcomed students from the university's Fisheries Department who are interested in Japanese culture and Japanese companies. We provided them with knowledge about general food factory hygiene, the manufacturing process of katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), and its various uses.
Later, one of the students sent us a photo (shown below right) taken on the university's main campus. They spotted a takoyaki stall using “katsuobushi (Smoked skipjack)” and shared it with us. Seeing this truly made us feel we are building a bridge for Japanese culture.
Moving forward, our company will continue to contribute to international exchange between Japan and the Philippines through our katsuobushi business!
